About Ania

After being a language instructor in my native Poland, I pursued my true passion – photography. When I moved to the United States, I launched an on-location portraiture career in California. For years, I was a dedicated traditionalist taking primarily B&W shots and developing prints in a darkroom. When technology met with my standards, I migrated into digital photography. This shift included the use of Photoshop, which has brought new love into my life and expanded possibilities.

I have been recording the world around me for decades. My camera is the first thing packed when I travel. I always have it handy to capture the beauty that surrounds us. After my kids were born, I became even more diligent in catching and preserving our special moments.
